We'll begin with a grounding collective energy clearing to gently shift stagnant energy, reset your nervous system and open space within the body for softness and healing. This ritual offers a moment to arrive fully into yourself and the space.

Next, you will be guided through a Gua Sha Facial Massage - a deeply relaxing ritual that melts away tension, boosts circulation, supports energy flow and awakens your skin and your senses - all while holding space for stillness and self-connection.

We’ll finish with a soothing sound healing journey, allowing your body to fully integrate the healing from your practice. Using therapeutic frequencies and gentle soundscapes, this final ritual will help you sink into deep rest and inner stillness.
