Are all your products Vegan and Cruelty Free?

Yes, being Vegan and Cruelty Free is a requirement for being stocked at Wild & Cruelty Free.

I have a Vegan and Cruelty Free beauty brand. Can I be stocked at Wild & Cruelty Free?

We love hearing from purpose-led brands aligned to our cruelty free values and mission.

Please note that all products stocked have been personally tried and trusted so you may be required to provide samples for consideration.

Are the product colour swatches accurate?

Every effort has been made to ensure colour swatches are as realistic as possible. However shades may vary from one screen to another due to the resolution and colour settings on your device.

What is in Recreation Beauty Perfumes?

Recreation Beauty use natural botanical ingredients - extracts, resins, tinctures made from flowers and plants, naturally derived isolates and distillates plus nature identicals that mirror the molecular structure of materials found in nature.

Their products are free from phthalates, parabens, sulphates, SLS, mineral oils, petroleums, siloxanes, DEA, PEGS, BHA, BHT, phenoxyethanol, nitro and polycyclic musks. 

Are Recreation Beauty Perfumes free of hormone disruptors? 

Yes! This is why they created Recreation - to have a luxury perfume range that is non-toxic -  free of endocrine disruptors like Phthalates and synthetic musks. There are no toxic chemicals in any Recreation Beauty products, and definitely nothing that will mess with your endocrine system. Endocrine disruptors can cause everything from headaches, weight gain and mood swings to more serious issues like reproductive issues, problems with unborn foetuses, have been linked to cancer, auto immune diseases and more. 

Are Recreation Beauty Perfumes safe to use during pregnancy? 

Thankfully Recreation Beauty Perfumes are free from phthalates which can disrupt the development of male reproductive hormones in foetuses amongst other things!

None of their products contain essential oils which are harmful to pregnant or lactating women. However, we always recommend checking with your doctor before use.

I'm allergic to perfume, can I still use Recreation Beauty Perfumes?

Recreation Beauty have tested their fragrances on a number of people with perfume allergies who have NOT had any reaction. However, we always recommend purchasing a Sample Set first to try it out on your skin. Because their fragrances contain no harmful chemicals, you are LESS likely to have a reaction as reactions are usually caused by harmful synthetics and chemicals, not real fragrance.  

Payment Methods

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ShopPay and Union Pay.

We also accept AfterPay. Make the first payment upfront and the rest over time. Always interest-free when you pay it in 4.

Do You Accept AfterPay?

Absolutely! You can buy now and pay later with AfterPay. Simply make the first payment upfront and then pay off the balance in 3 equal interest-free installments.

Who should I contact if I have a question about my AfterPay account?

Shipping

What Shipping Methods Do You Offer?

We offer 3 different shipping methods:

Standard Shipping
When Standard Shipping is selected at checkout your order is sent via Australia Post at a cost of $12AUD. Standard shipping takes approximately 2-8 business days.

We provide Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100AUD.

Express Shipping
When Express Shipping is selected at checkout your order is sent Express Post via Australia Post at a cost of $17AUD. Express Shipping takes approximately 1-4 business days.

Free Local Delivery Friday
If you live within a 15km radius of Fairy Meadow, New South Wales you have the option of getting your order delivered for Free on Friday.

You order has to be placed before 8pm on Thursday evening to qualify for next day delivery.

When you enter your address at checkout it will automatically determine if you fall within the 15km radius. If you don't, the regular shipping options will be available to select at checkout.

Due to your order being delivered by our team, delivery times cannot be guaranteed and if the recipient is not home the order will be left in a secure location at your nominated address. If no one will be home and you would prefer not to have your order left, we highly recommend selecting an alternate shipping method at checkout.

How does Free Local Delivery Friday's work?

Orders placed before 8pm on Thursdays will be delivered for FREE on Friday to addresses within a 15km radius of Fairy Meadow, New South Wales. When you enter your address at checkout it will automatically determine if you fall within that 15km radius.

Due to your order being delivered by our team, delivery times cannot be guaranteed and if the recipient is not home the order will be left in a secure location at your nominated address. If no one will be home and you would prefer to not have your order left, we highly recommend selecting an alternate shipping method at checkout.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Orders placed online can only be delivered within Australia. If you are based overseas and would like to place an order, please email hello@wildandcrueltyfree.com.au and we will happily assist you.

Oops! I entered the incorrect delivery address entered at checkout - what do I do?

If you have entered an incorrect address at checkout and need to change this prior to your order being dispatched, we can amend this for you in our system.

However, once the parcel has been dispatched, you may be able to get in touch with the carrier to redirect the delivery, this will depend on the carrier and how far into the delivery process they are. Alternatively, you will need to contact us to arrange re-delivery. We may pass on any costs we incur as a result of the change in delivery instructions.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect delivery address and a new delivery address is requested, you will be required to cover any additional shipping costs to resend the parcel.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been processed and dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking information.

You can track the progress of your order through to shipment under ‘Order History’ in your online account on the website.

If you are unable to locate your tracking number, or if you have any questions about your shipped order please email hello@wildandcrueltyfree.com.au and we will assist you further.

Orders

Oh No! My Order has arrived damaged, what should I do?

We take care to pack your order carefully but in the event it arrives damaged or is faulty please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order in the mail.

Please email hello@wildandcrueltyfree.com.au with photos of your damaged/faulty order along with your order number.

We will arrange for the damaged or faulty product to be returned to us and you can let us know whether you would like us to either send a replacement to you or provide you with a refund. Where a refund is selected, we will refund the price of the item and any shipping costs to your original payment method.

Where a product is faulty or damaged, we will also cover the return shipping costs by sending you a return shipping label to print and place on your return order. If you don't have a printer you can print your label at the Post Office - just present your returns label email (on your phone) at an Australia Post outlet.

Is it safe to shop online at Wild & Cruelty Free?

Yes. We take your online safety and security very seriously.

Our site is powered by Shopify and all Shopify stores are certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.

Shopify also uses SSL encryption to protect all customer data during online transactions so that your personal and payment details are kept safe at all times.

Gift Cards

Can I order an Online Gift Card?

Yes! You can spoil your loved ones with an online Wild & Cruelty Free Gift Voucher.

Available in multiple denominations, select the amount to suit your budget and tick 'I want to send this as a gift' and enter your recipients name, email and message.

Do You Offer Refunds on Online Gift Cards?

No, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes on Gift Cards or Online Vouchers.

Can a gift card be used more than once?

Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?

No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.

Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping?

Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping.

Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?

Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.

How do I redeem a gift card?

Once you have added items you'd like to purchase to your cart, continue to the checkout where you can enter your unique gift card code to redeem.

Gift card codes aren't case sensitive.
