Shipping policy

Our Shipping Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Website Terms and Conditions. It is important that you check your delivery details before completing your order. If any errors occur or issues arise, then these need to be reported to us immediately so that we can investigate.
Shipping
Your order will be packaged with love in sustainable and recyclable boxes and wrapping, to reduce waste and ensure your beauties arrive safe and secure.
We ship domestically within Australia and orders will be dispatched and posted within 2 business days. Once dispatched, shipping times will vary depending on the type of shipping selected.
Standard shipping parcels are sent via Australia Post at a cost of $12AUD and takes approximately 2-8 business days.
Free Standard shipping is provided on orders over $100AUD.
Express shipping parcels are sent via Australia Post at a cost of $17AUD and takes approximately 1-4 business days.
Free Local Delivery Fridays
Orders placed before 8pm on Thursdays will be delivered for FREE on Friday to addresses within a 15km radius of Fairy Meadow, New South Wales. When you enter your address at checkout it will automatically determine if you fall within the 15km radius. If you don't, the regular shipping options will be available to select at checkout.
Due to your order being delivered by our team, delivery times cannot be guaranteed and if the recipient is not home the order will be left in a secure location at your nominated address. If no one will be home and you would prefer not to have your order left, we highly recommend selecting an alternate shipping method at checkout.
Authority to Leave
To ensure your order arrives safely and securely, we require Australia Post to get a signature on delivery. If you are happy for Australia Post to leave your order unattended and in a secure location at your address, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and we may not be able to help you if your order is misplaced or stolen. Once a parcel has been delivered to your nominated delivery address, we take no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur.
If you will not be present to accept delivery of your parcel or feel that your address is unsafe to leave a parcel unattended, we recommend sending your order to a work address. If you are providing a work address, please always include the level (if a multi storey building) and the name of the company as Australia Post will return to sender if you do not make these details clear. Note that Australia Post uses their discretion with deliveries and if there is nowhere secure to leave the order, they may take it to the nearest Post Office.
Where the address is incomplete, or has been incorrectly provided, we can redeliver parcels however this will incur a delivery charge of $12AUD for Standard Shipping or $17AUD for Express Shipping. Please note that the delivery times specified are approximate and as provided by Australia Post. We cannot guarantee these delivery times.
International Orders
Orders placed on this website can only be delivered within Australia. If you are based overseas and would like to place an order, please email hello@wildandcrueltyfree.com.au and we will happily assist you. We will calculate your shipping costs when you place your order. We use Australia Post to calculate postage costs for International deliveries. Unfortunately not all products are available to be shipped to all locations but we will advise any restrictions. Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Please note in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise” and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes. Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any further information regarding taxes, duties and customs.
Order Tracking
You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed.
You can track the progress of your order through to shipment under ‘My Orders’ in your online account on the website. If you are unable to locate your tracking number, or if you have any questions about your shipped order please email hello@wildandcrueltyfree.com.au and we will assist you further.
NO GUARANTEES OF DELIVERY TIME
Please note that the delivery times specified are approximate and as provided by [shipping provider]. We cannot guarantee these delivery times.

RETURNS POLICY
When you receive your order, please thoroughly inspect all products as we cannot accept returns more than 30 days after the date of purchase.
Changed your mind? No problem. We will happily accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. Upon receiving your returned order, we will issue you with either:
- A Refund - to qualify for a refund the product returned must be in its original purchase condition in a new, unopened packaging, unused and resaleable condition. Where an item is eligible for a refund, we will refund the price of the item to your original payment method. Please note that we do not refund any shipping fees and the cost of return shipping is at the customers expense.
- An Exchange or Credit Note - if the product returned has been lightly used/sampled, opened or unwrapped we can provide an exchange or credit note. Lightly used/sampled means a product may have some signs of minor wear or use, but must not be damaged unless you received the product in this condition (see Damaged or Faulty Goods below).
Due to the nature of the products, we cannot offer a change of mind returns on beauty tools or personal care products (eg. Gua Sha, Body Brushes, Toothbrushes etc).
We do not offer returns or refunds for a product you use that you have sensitivities to, or are allergic to. Please check the ingredients list of any product carefully before purchase to avoid any potential sensitivities and/or allergic reactions. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes on Gift Cards or Online Vouchers.
The sale of any discounted products is final and cannot be returned unless the item is proven to be damaged or faulty.
Please note that we do not refund any postage fees and the cost of change of mind return shipping is at the customers expense.
To initiate a Return request, please refer to the instructions below.
How To Make A Return
Please initiate your return request as promptly as possible once you have received your item.
If you meet the above return conditions please complete the following steps:
- Send an email to hello@wildandcrueltyfree.com.au with the details of your return and await our response.
Details to include are: - Your name and email address
- Your order number and the item/s purchased
- The reason for your refund request
- Photos of the item/s, if applicable
- If your return is approved, please pack and seal the item/s in their original packaging and post the parcel back to us at the address we provide. Please note that the cost of shipping the return item/s is at your expense (unless the product is Faulty or Damaged - see point 4) and we do not refund any shipping charges incurred.
- We highly recommend sending your return to us via Registered Post with insurance to make sure it gets back to us safely. Wild & Cruelty Free will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit. We cannot accept the return of broken goods because they were not correctly and securely packaged.
- Once the return has been processed and where an item/s is eligible for a refund, we will refund the price of the item via your original payment method within 14 days. Where the item/s are eligible for an exchange or credit note, we will organise your replacement or credit note within 14 days.
- For faulty or damaged products, we will organise your refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving your return. Please note that timeframes for replacement items are subject to stock availability. Where a product is faulty or damaged we will also cover the return shipping costs and send you a return shipping label to print and place on your return order. If you don't have a printer you can print your label at the Post Office - just present your returns label email (on your phone) at an Australia Post outlet.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
We take care to pack your products carefully so that they won't get damaged in transit. If, for whatever reason, they arrive damaged or faulty, we ask that you let us know within 7 days of receiving them in the mail. Please email hello@wildandcrueltyfree.com.au with photos of your damaged/faulty order along with your order number.
We will arrange for the damaged or faulty product to be returned to us and you can let us know whether you would like us to either send a replacement to you or provide you with a refund. Where a refund is selected, we will refund the price of the item and any shipping costs to your original payment method.
Where a product is faulty or damaged, we will also cover the return shipping costs by sending you a return shipping label to print and place on your return order. If you don't have a printer you can print your label at the Post Office - just present your returns label email (on your phone) at an Australia Post outlet.
